6 hi-rise towers, 11 low rise villas, with 2 basements directly next to sea.

Hi-rise curved towers are & 41-storeys (175m) & 24-storeys (116m) tall. First of its kind designed in reinforced concrete.

9 sky bridges connect the towers. Each has a 21m high curved roof crown.

Structure comprises eccentric lift core, segmented inclined columns and staggered floor plates. Not a single floor is repeated.
